- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've been a member since 1997 when it was called Southpointe Credit Union. Stayed with them for all these years until now. The Mattis location is great, it's the incompetent workers in Festus that have made me switch to Commerce and First Community... My card was declined bc I'm traveling out of state. I notified Members 1st and they said all is fine. Declined again. Card was on lock down and had to call fraud number to unlock card. Fraud guy said there's no guarantee it won't decline again. These people are a joke!!! Save yourself time and the frustration if you want access to your funds while traveling out of state. When I get back, my accounts will be closed.By JEFFREY COLE, March 11, 2017
